Terms of Service

Unofficial companion; not the official game

Muster is an unofficial companion for alliance officers and members who play Whiteout Survival. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Century Games Pte. Ltd., Whiteout Survival, or any related official product, website, or campaign.

We do not sell, trade, gift, broker, or otherwise provide official Whiteout Survival credits, points, virtual currency, in-game items, accounts, or any other official game value. Anyone offering those things through or alongside Muster is acting outside this Service.

We do not provide cheats, hacks, bots that play the game, macros, scripts, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software that affects Whiteout Survival itself. Using Muster to interfere with the official game is a breach of these Terms.

You must follow the official game terms. Those documents control your relationship with Century Games. Nothing in Muster grants you any right in the official game or its virtual items.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Chevy Phillip doing business as ChevyPhillip Tech (“Muster,” “we,” “us”). The production site is https://muster.wos.run. Contact: chevy@chevyphillip.tech.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live. If you are a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

The Service

Muster is a command post for alliance event coordination. Officers may sign in, keep a commander profile, and — when that feature is available and you choose to use it — connect a Discord bot to a server they administer so timed events can be posted to an alliance channel.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including paid plans if and when they are offered. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete event accuracy, or that a Discord message will reach every member.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for your Muster account, the credentials and identity-provider account you use to sign in, the Discord permissions you grant, and the devices and networks you use to reach the Service.

We are not responsible for any user compromise. That includes account takeover, credential theft, phishing, malware, session hijacking, unauthorized Discord access, leaked tokens, or any resulting loss of alliance data, game progress, in-game items, or communications. You must notify us promptly if you believe your Muster account has been used without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use Muster to cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or otherwise interfere with Whiteout Survival.
• Sell, trade, or broker official game credits, points, virtual currency, items, or accounts.
• Present Muster as an official Century Games or Whiteout Survival product, or impersonate those parties.
• Attack, scrape in an abusive way, overload, or disrupt the Service or its processors.
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users, or third-party systems.
• Violate applicable law or the official Whiteout Survival / Century Games terms of service.

No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be secure, error-free, or available without interruption, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability and agreement not to bring claims

You use the Service at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muster, its owners, operators, and contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service, including user compromise, data loss, missed alliance events, Discord actions or inaction, third-party processor failures, or any effect on your official game account.

By using the Service, you agree that you will not bring any legal claim, demand, or action of any kind against Muster, its owners, operators, or contributors arising out of or relating to the Service. This waiver applies only to the fullest extent permitted by law. It does not apply where applicable law forbids a waiver — for example, liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, for gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence in some jurisdictions.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim and zero if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Muster, its owners, operators, and contributors against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your Discord configuration, or your violation of these Terms or the official game terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
